1. Quiénes somos

2. El servicio
Twin Embers (staging) es un juego. El modo individual funciona sin conexión. El cooperativo online (2 jugadores, sala privada con código) necesita conexión a nuestro servidor. El contenido principal puede completarse gratis.
3. Compras
Las compras son únicas y no consumibles (desbloqueos anticipados y mejoras permanentes limitadas). Los precios se muestran en tu moneda por la tienda. Las gestionan Apple o Google con sus condiciones. Cada compra se describe en la tienda del juego con su efecto exacto. No hay suscripciones, cajas de botín ni moneda de pago. Las ventajas compradas afectan solo a tu propio personaje y están limitadas; no impiden que tu compañero participe.
4. Contenido digital, desistimiento y reembolsos
Al comprar contenido digital que se suministra de inmediato, se te pide que solicites expresamente su ejecución inmediata y que reconozcas que pierdes el derecho de desistimiento una vez comenzada la ejecución, cuando la ley lo permita. Esto no afecta a la garantía legal de conformidad del contenido digital ni a los reembolsos que ofrezcan Apple o Google.
5. Normas de convivencia
No hagas trampas, no manipules la app ni el servidor, no acoses a otros jugadores. Solo hay señales predefinidas. Puedes denunciar o bloquear. Podemos suspender cuentas que incumplan estas normas.
6. Cuenta y datos
La cuenta es anónima. Puedes eliminarla en Ajustes o por la solicitud web. Consulta la política de privacidad.
7. Disponibilidad
Nos esforzamos por mantener el servidor operativo pero no garantizamos disponibilidad ininterrumpida. Si algún día cerramos el servicio online, avisaremos con antelación razonable y el modo individual seguirá funcionando en el dispositivo.
8. Responsabilidad y ley aplicable
Nada de estas condiciones limita los derechos que la ley reconoce a los consumidores. Se aplica la legislación española y, si eres consumidor en la UE, las normas imperativas de tu país de residencia.

2. The service
Twin Embers (staging) is a game. Solo mode works offline. Online co-op (2 players, private room with a code) needs a connection to our server. The main content can be completed for free.
3. Purchases
Purchases are one-time, non-consumable (early unlocks and limited permanent boosts). Prices are shown by the store in your currency. They are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. Each purchase is described in the in-game shop with its exact effect. There are no subscriptions, loot boxes or paid currency. Purchased advantages affect only your own character and are capped; they do not stop your partner from participating.
4. Digital content, withdrawal and refunds
When you buy digital content that is supplied immediately you are asked to expressly request immediate performance and to acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once performance has begun, where the law allows. This does not affect the statutory conformity guarantee for digital content nor refunds offered by Apple or Google.
5. Fair play
Do not cheat, tamper with the app or server, or harass other players. Only predefined signals exist. You can report or block. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Account and data
The account is anonymous. You can delete it in Settings or via the web request. See the privacy policy.
7. Availability
We work to keep the server running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. If we ever shut down the online service we will give reasonable notice and solo mode will keep working on your device.
8. Liability and governing law
Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives to consumers. Spanish law applies and, if you are an EU consumer, the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
